How our carton and tray former works

This automatic, continuous motion packaging machine uses flat punched cardboard sheets. It gives them the final box or tray shape using a customized punch, making the cartons precise and robust.

The forming male has the same shape as the desired box, descending with the correct pressure on the single sheet of cardboard. It pushes it down to form the box, with the flexibility to choose between glued or lock-style trays and seal cartons.

The boxes are produced in single, double, or triple lanes depending on the former machine model. The speed can go up to 150 boxes per minute, depending on the configuration.
